1) Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory established in 2009. Our brand is “LOFIT”.
OEM & ODM are welcome, but we can add your logo as long as you can authorize us.
2)Q: I haven't done business with you guys before, how can I trust your company?
A: Lofty is a professional manufacturer with experienced R&D, Sales and After-sales team. Alibaba has inspected us and verified so.
We have many certificates like FCC, RoHS, CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001. Meanwhile, we are ready to apply for other certificates based on customers’ requirements.
3 ) Q:What payment methods does your company accept?
A:We mainly accept T/T,L/C, Western Union, Paypal and Trade Assurance.
4 )Q: What about Lofty’ s after-sales service?
A: 1. Lofty provides 12 months warranty from your purchase date, except for damages caused by improper installation and operation.Please make sure the products are installed and used properly and under due circumstances.
2. Within warranty period,Lofty will offer free spare parts to replace and necessary technical instructions to solve the problems.
3. Lofty has technical team which is standing by 24 hours to offer training and technical guidance by video or other means. What’s more , we could send engineers to the field to help on installation and testing if necessary.
4. After-sales services won’t be restricted by time. Lofty will provide maintenance service and technical support if the products are beyond the warranty period. However, the cost of hardware or other possible charges will be on buyer’s side.
5) Q:What's the shipment terms and delivery time of your company?
A:First, re the lead time, usually, it is 15-25 days upon the receipt of deposit. If you want more customized stuff,it could take more time.
